i like your choice of colour pallet because i think it won't be too over powering on your audience and will focus their attention on your main image and other elements of your magazine! your idea's really good and i think you'll do very well :) x
I really like that you are going to put more that one person on the cover which I think will work really well as you are adding fashion into your magazine. I like that you are having a neutal background because I think it will make the picture stand out more.
When it comes to magazine covers, it's generally better to have one point of interest to look at than multiple, so I'd suggest having something for the reader to focus directly on in the photo. Like in the photo on the first slide, where the hand with the three fingers up is the point of interest, and in the other shown on the next slide where the dress is(?).
I like to idea of keeping to three colours and having a neutral background as well - it makes the elements of the page stand out more and become instantly more eye-catching.
